Read on for an overview of the public housing options that you can consider.
Exploring Your Housing Options
The Housing Options Explorer for HDB flat owners is a tool that gives you an idea of your eligibility to sell and retain your flat, and the finances you require to proceed with your preferred option. The tool consolidates the various information required from the MyHDB portal and the report generated can be used as a supporting document in legal proceedings if you decide to file for a divorce.
Log in to the Housing Options Explorer using your Singpass so that your HDB and CPF information will be pre-filled. You will require approximately 5-10 minutes to generate your report.
