Mandatory Co-Parenting Programme (CPP) (Formerly known as the Mandatory Parenting Programme (MPP))
If you and your spouse cannot agree on the grounds for divorce and/or ancillary matters, you are required to attend the CPP before you can file for divorce.

Mandatory Co-Parenting Programme (CPP) (Formerly known as the Mandatory Parenting Programme (MPP))
Under the Women’s Charter Section 94A, all parents with children below 21 years old are required to attend the Mandatory Co-Parenting Programme (CPP) (formerly known as the Mandatory Parenting Programme (MPP)) before filing for divorce, if they are unable to reach an agreement with their spouse on both the grounds for divorce and/or all ancillary matters (i.e., divorce will be filed on the normal track).
The Mandatory Parenting Programme (MPP) has been renamed to the Mandatory Co-Parenting Programme (CPP) to reinforce the importance of co-parenting post-divorce. The programme components will remain the same.
