Online Counselling on Family Assist (OCFA)
Challenges with family, marriage or parenting can take a toll on your work, relationships, physical and emotional health. Seek support from counsellors on OCFA to better cope and manage these challenges.
How OCFA Works
Online Counselling is conducted over live chat, audio call (arranged through live chat), and email
Live Chat
- A text form of counselling
- Chat online with a counsellor in real time during operating hours
- Available from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (excluding public holidays) and on the eve of New Year, Chinese New Year and Christmas, 9am to 1pm
Audio Call
- Counselling over an audio call is available if you prefer to speak to a counsellor
- For audio call, start a live chat and inform the counsellor that you prefer an audio call
- Counselling over email is available if you prefer to share your feelings/concerns in writing
- A counsellor will respond to your email within 3 working days
Please note that all communications over the OCFA platform will be conducted in English only.
